Contact form:when you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, the training you're interested in, and anything you write in the message field. We use it for exactly one thing: responding to you about flight training.

Analytics:we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get read, how people find us, and where they're located at a city level. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.

Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. These cookies are set only if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, analytics runs in a cookieless mode that cannot identify or track you, and no analytics cookies are stored on your device.

You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie Preferences" in the footer of any page.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. The only third parties that process data on our behalf are the services that run this site:

• Google Analytics — site usage measurement (per your cookie consent)
• Resend — delivers your contact form message to our inbox
• Google Workspace — our email provider, where your messages are received and stored
• Vercel & Cloudflare — website hosting and networking, which process IP addresses as part of serving the site

Contact form messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to work with you, and deleted on request. Google Analytics data is retained per its standard settings and appears in our reports only in aggregate.

We're a California business. Under the CCPA/CPRA you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — though to be clear, we don't sell or share personal information for advertising in the first place. This site is for prospective flight students and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
